    About Us

Foundations to Freedom is a community-based non-profit, sober living home. Our commitment is to extend a helping hand to every qualified applicant who sincerely desires recovery. Our program is designed to help addicts, alcoholics, military veterans, former prisoners, or psychiatric patients, along with others to adjust to life free from alcohol and drug addiction. We offer individuals a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment where they can grow in their recovery. At Foundations' individuals will learn life skills, accountability, and sustained recovery while becoming productive members of society. Our goal is to help each, and every client reclaim their dignity and acquire the knowledge, skills, support, and resources they will need to maintain a drug free purposeful and productive life.

Our facility will provide recovery housing and case management services for individuals recovering from substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our program is designed for those who are both stable in their recovery and for those who are just starting out this new way of life.

A case manager will be assigned to each client and will oversee their stay and their coursework of action. The case manager will also utilize referral services to partnering agencies. We have partnered with SMA Healthcare, Volusia Recovery Alliance and Rising Against all Odds for various support services including detox, counselling, career services, healthcare treatment, including Hepatitis C and HIV treatment, and family recovery support services.
