The Mini Retreat includes: -Yoga Nidra session -Restorative Yoga -10min Mini Massage -Sound Bath -Create an essential oil roller -Craft your own sage bundle -Small plate buffet lunch -Discounts on retail + services $172 (or $158 early bird registration by April 15th) Space is very limited; advanced registration is required. 10 person minimum to hold retreat.
