The “Partner Program” is a benefit program created by Florida Hospital DeLand. In order to enroll in this FREE program, you must be current in your Chamber dues. Employees covered under your dues are also eligible for this program. This program offers benefits to those with health insurance and offers a 50% discount opportunity for those without health insurance. Chamber members who do not have health insurance have the opportunity to participate in the non-insured partner program discount.

How do I Apply to the Program?

What is the Non-Insured Partner Program Discount? A 50% discount on services
rendered at Florida Hospital DeLand will apply to all Partner Card members not enrolled
in a health care insurance plan. The discount applies to in-patient admissions, emergency department visits and outpatient elective services and requires payment at the time of service.

The following payment options will apply:
1. The Partner agrees to pay 50% of the estimated charges at time of service.
2. If the charges are $3000 or less the Partner has the option of 12 monthly payments in the form of an Electronic Funds Transfer to be arranged prior to discharge.
3. If the charges exceed $3000 the Partner has the option of 24 monthly payments in the form of an Electronic Funds Transfer to be arranged prior to discharge.

The 50% discount also applies to any remaining balance providing the patient presents the statement no later than 20 days from the actual statement date.

Please note: Physician fees are separate from the Hospital charges and will be billed by the physician.
