 With
so many businesses in DeLand being involved in advanced
technology applications, training is an integral part of
operations. Workers in these companies have a desire for
additional training that will enhance their performance and
advance their careers. There is plenty of training available
through the Workforce Development Board of Volusia/Flagler,
Inc.,
Stetson University and Daytona Beach Community College.
The training is available in
the classroom or on the job. In addition, training via
closed-circuit television and satellite transmission are
available. In fact, more and more training courses are being
created in DeLand and are being transmitted to points around the
world.
