Nathan and Kristen with Sweets-N-Eats Food truck will be gracing us with their delectable food concoctions. Yes I say concoctions, because this isn't just your regular run of the mill food items. The Smoked Salmon Dip is to die for! BBQ Brisket Pizza, who does that, Right! Yum! The Pittsburgh Meatloaf sandwich served on Texas Toast with smoked cheddar, spicy ketchup, (not regular) and hand cut fries, yes, fries on the sandwich! My favorite is the Brisket Grilled Cheese- smoked, sliced brisket, gouda cheese (not just regular stuff) house BBQ sauce (house means home made and it's so good you're not getting the recipe) Bacon Jam (Bacon anything is good but Jam- I'm in heaven) all served on Texas Toast. (In case you have been living in a cave Texas Toast is thick slices of buttered down bread placed on a flat top grill and toasted like they did back in the day before toasters) Don't worry if you are watching what you eat there are fish tacos- blackened fish, Pico do Gallo, cabbage and Jalapeno Creme. Delish! Greek Salad- you can add chicken. I think the Mexi Bowl has my name all over it this time. Cilantro rice, Pico de Gallo, cheese, corn and black beans (my favorite) jalapeno creme and you can add chicken. Don't forget that one of these chefs is a pastry chef and even if you have no room for dessert you will later so get-you-some chocolate genache cake, assorted cookies, Key Lime Pie (like grandma used to make) and cheese cakes- last time they had bacon maple cheesecake (again anything with bacon is good), chocolate peanut butter cheesecake and more. I am excited to see what this weeks cheesecakes will be. Oh and cupcakes usually make an appearance! So stop by for lunch! They take credit cards!
