Once a month Shyft offers a stretch class for non-yogi's. All positions are offered with modified versions so you can honor where your body is at on that day. We work with chairs, bolsters, and straps to help you ease into a mild stretch and stay there longer, gently teaching your body that it is safe to unwind and let go.
