However, deciding which sales management processes to pursue and then actually developing the strategy to implement those processes can be difficult. This workshop will provide guidance and steps to assist you in making the sale: • Asking for the Sale • Understanding Objectives & Client Resistance • Overcoming Objectives & Managing Resistance • Closing Techniques This workshop is being presented by David Shifflett, MBA, LUTCF, FSS, CSA. David has been a SCORE Mentor since 2015. He retired from the Air Force, where he was an Air Force Aircraft Maintenance Superintendent. He worked as a Production Manager in a textile factory, transitioned from there to start his own business “FutureAssets” in 1995 as a Sole Proprietor, which grew to an S-corporation.
